Applications are now open for the LeeCares 2021 Emergency Rental Assistance Program. Individuals at or below 80% area median income (AMI) facing homelessness or housing instability due to inability to pay rent and/or utilities as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic are eligible for assistance.
Residents of unincorporated Lee County and five of the county’s six cities can apply by visiting LeeFLcares.com. Residents of the City of Fort Myers will need to apply directly to the municipality.
