Reports to: VICE CHAIR
Skills: Outgoing personality, comfortable with public speaking
• Experience creating teaching materials and courses
• Familiarity with PowerPoint and other presentation tools
• Ability to impart detailed information, including legal requirements in a clear and concise manner
• Positive attitude, flexibility, understanding of volunteer needs and time constraints
• Ability to identify volunteer comprehension of presented training and assess retraining needs
Activities: Design and update training programs for volunteers
• Schedule volunteer training sessions
• Train trainers and assign trainers to training schedules
• Conduct training sessions in the absence of designated trainers
• Coordinate with VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR to assess training needs
• Coordinate with VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR to maintain volunteer lists
• Test and certify volunteers skills
