FIRST: We made Florida history by contesting every single congressional and legislative seat for the first time in nearly 30 years! This unprecedented move was celebrated by Democrats nationwide, with DNC Chair Jamie Harrison coming down to Tallahassee to join us for a press conference.
THEN: We were joined by the viral inflatable IUD on its Florida tour. Together, we were able to hold Republicans accountable for voting against contraception and once again allowing the government to interfere in private medical decisions. Republicans’ attacks on IVF, contraception, and abortion access show how they’re not pro-life, they’re anti-woman.
NOW: We’re leaving it all on the field this November. We have the chance to defeat Rick Scott, get abortion access codified into the state constitution, and chip away at the GOP supermajority in the State Legislature.
